Monrovia Waterfalls - 1.3 mile

Location : Monrovia, Los Angeles

Total distance : 1.3 miles round-trip (out and back)

Elevation gain : 400 ft

Peak elevation : 1,795 ft

Tree Cover : Partial tree cover. Sunscreen recommended.

Parking : Paid parking lot near Sawpit dam here(34.17657, -117.98961).

Trailhead : Falls trail trailhead is right next to the parking lot.

Landmark : Look for Falls (Waterfalls) trail signs.

Escondido Waterfalls - Lower and Upper

Location : Malibu

Total distance : 4 miles round-trip (out and back)

Elevation gain : 420 ft

Peak elevation : 538 ft

Tree Cover : Partial tree cover. Sunscreen recommended.

Parking : Parking lot here. Limited spots available.

Trailhead : Trail starts at the parking lot, here.

Landmark : Continue on to Winding Way after exiting the parking lot.

Restroom : There is a portable restroom at the trailhead.

Note: Stay away from Poison oak plants.

Monrovia Waterfalls - 2.5 miles

Location : Monrovia, Los Angeles

Total distance : 2.5 miles round-trip (out and back)

Elevation gain : 650 ft

Peak elevation : 1,795 ft

Tree Cover : Partial tree cover. Sunscreen recommended.

Parking : Paid parking lot on North Canyon Boulevard here(34°10'21.5"N 117°59'30.0"W).

Trailhead : Walk about 250 ft on N canyon boulevard past the ranger station where you pay for parking.

Landmark : Pass the ranger check-post and look for signs showing Bill Cull trail as shown in the pictures below.
